Retirement Gift For An Aging Uncle

My uncle just retired from his job, but until now he has not received a single centavo from the company he has served for several years. And there is a threat that he may not be getting his Social Security benefits because his former company failed to remit their individual contributions for several months. Until now my uncle is hoping against hope that he will still get his retirement pay. He has a family to support and I know how much he wanted to help his married daughter especially his two grandchildren. To lessen his financial worries even for a while, I’m thinking of sending my uncle, retirement gifts grandpa like him will appreciate. Do you think a sterling-silver money clip with some cash will make my uncle smile?

Tagaytay Picnic Grove

It is one of the tourist attractions in Tagaytay where visitors, local and foreigners alike, can tag along their families with their Picnic basket. Visitors can rent cottages if they want to stay overnight or for a couple of days to enjoy the sceneries in Tagaytay.

Tagaytay Picnic Grove is supposed to be one of the places to be visited by my son and the whole elementary class of the school he is attending. The students are supposed to take their lunch at the Picnic Grove, but for unexplained reason the schedule lunch in the area did not happen.

Well, my family might be visiting Tagaytay this summer and one thing is for sure, I will be bringing Picnic basket for 2 as I plan to cook their favorite dishes and bring more snacks for our picnic.

Speaking of picnic basket, I found one that is fully lightweight, insulated, and collapsible and can be brought in any event. It has aluminum frame, waterproof and PVC free lining. The item is more than $129 online, but it is offered at $81 with $35 discount. If you are interested you can check out the links within this post.
