The big kids at home are wishing they have a longer Christmas vacation so we could use the following tickets for fun rides. My daughter has been very busy with completion of her thesis that’s why she doesn’t enjoy the school break. There’s so much to see at Enchanted Kingdom according to the kids who were able to visit the theme park during their field trip. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear flatwound string instruments at EK just like the ones we hear at Star City.

American Museum of Natural History – Highlights are the Discovery Room, the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life and the Hayden Planetarium which has the largest virtual reality simulator in the world.
Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum – At this museum you can see restored aircraft, the Concorde and the former USS Growler submarine. You can also check out a high-tech simulator to see what it is like to fly a jet or travel in space.
Metropolitan Museum of Art – The Met has exhibits from all over the world and throughout time. It offers traveling exhibitions throughout the year.

Science Barge – This is an off the grid farm using sustainable energy which is irrigated with rainwater. There are programs about the technologies used on the farm.
Bronx Zoo – This zoo is arranged by nature zones and is the biggest urban zoo in the country.
New York Aquarium – Located on Coney Island, this is the oldest operating aquarium in the US.

How time flies! It’s been two years since we visited Jose Rizal Shrine at Fort Santiago in Intramuros, Manila. We were like walking through the glorious past of our national hero by seeing the mementoes and artworks inside glass boxes.  We didn’t see any musical instrument like a jimmy page les paul encapsulated in one of those glass boxes, but there are several manuscripts of books and poems for all generations to see. There could be a music sheet in one of those manuscripts for Jose Rizal can do or write about anything during his time.
