National Museum: Site for the Inauguration of 17th President of the Philippines

The National Museum of the Philippines building will be the venue for the inauguration of the 17th President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., on June 30, 2022.

Formerly called the Legislative Building, a declared National Historical Landmark was first erected in 1926 and rebuilt after World War II in 1949.

Since the 1970s, the National Museum has conscientiously maintained and preserved the building as a historical structure of the highest importance, installing within its halls the largest public assemblage of Philippine fine arts for the Filipino people and visitors from all around the world to enjoy.
